When your order ships, you'll receive an email sent with a tracking number. It will tell you where your package is and when you can look forward to its delivery.
Simply send us the correct information and we will change it before it ships out! If it has already shipped out, there is, unfortunately, nothing we can do. We are not responsible for orders sent to the wrong address due to customer error. We can, however, update it for next time!
Running out of Recoop before your next delivery? No problem! We can change your delivery schedule so that you receive your order when you need it, whether that’s sooner or later than originally scheduled. Log into your account on our webpage and click edit next to the order you want delivered sooner to change the shipment date.
The first two times this happens we will be in touch to adjust the address. If you do not respond by the second order delivery failure, we will have to cancel your subscription.
Our distributors are so fast that an order enters their system within minutes of it being placed. That means that once an order confirmation has been sent to you, there is no way to cancel. Subscription orders receive a notice a few days before the refill date. If you don’t want a renewal, make sure to log into your account and cancel your order. If the order has been placed, but you no longer want it, please write “return to sender” on the package and stick it back in your mailbox. Email us your order number and let us know when you’ve sent it back at email@example.com. Then, we can process your refund!
We’re sad to see you go, but understand that life happens and our customer’s situations can change. If you’d like to cancel your subscription, simply log into your account and click edit next to the order you want to cancel, you should then see the cancel option on the bottom of the right hand side. If you already have an order going out, you’ll be able to return it to the sender and receive a refund after confirmation with the Recoop team by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org
Yes, we accept returns for unopened orders! If you have a recurring subscription or this was not your first purchase, you can return unopened packages within 7 days of delivery. To complete your return, you must log into your account and go to order history. From there, you will click on the order you want to return and scroll down to the button that says “Request Return and Refund”. If you return past 7 days of delivery, you will be charged a $10 restocking fee.
Feel 100% satisfied within 30 days or get a 100% refund on your first order. If you do not love Recoop for any reason, let us know via emailing email@example.com within 30 days and we will issue a refund. One refund per customer. Limits on refunds per household. Only valid on first order. Our system tracks patterns in names, emails, and mailing addresses to ensure proper refund practices.
We don't offer free samples, but we do offer a money-back guarantee on your first order. We are confident that you will love Recoop, but if for any reason it's not for you, simply email us within the first 30 days and we'll issue a refund.
Yes! Our probiotics can be taken with or without stimulants to get the same benefit.

Yes and No! We use vegetarian capsules and our wellness set ingredients are vegan. The Immunity Formula is not currently vegan but this is something we’re working on!
For Recoop Day Formula, take two capsules once a day before you take stimulants. For Recoop Night Formula, take two capsules 30 minutes before bedtime. So in short, take two of each formula every day you take stimulants or as directed by your Healthcare Professional. For Immunity, take two capsules every morning to help support your immune system and help maintain your body's existing ability to stay healthy.*
Yes, it’s totally normal for the color of the pills to not stay consistent. Since we don't use dyes and only use natural ingredients in clear veggie capsules, there tends to be a range of brightness because the natural ingredients can vary in saturation. Occasionally you will see a little bit of discoloration between batches, but they are safe to take.

ADHD, ADD, narcolepsy and some types of depression are some reasons a doctor would prescribe stimulants. There are some off-label uses, but those are rare and on a case-by-case basis under the supervision of a medical professional. Stimulants increase dopamine and norepinephrine in the synapses of the brain. Since people have different brain chemistries, the reactions to the medication can differ. One example is those who take stimulants for ADHD tend to find themselves calmer, while non-ADHD individuals who are prescribed the same medication typically have the opposite reaction.
