One refund per customer. Refund available for new customers on their first orders only. For recurring subscription orders and orders that are not a first purchase, Recoop will accept returns of unopened packages when requested within 7 days of delivery. You must notify support at firstname.lastname@example.org before shipping back both unopened bottles of Recoop to the mailing address on the shipping box. You will be charged a $10 restocking fee for returning any order that is not a first-time purchase.
