RETURNS/REFUNDS

30 DAY SATISFACTION GUARANTEE

One refund per customer. Refund available for new customers on their first orders only. For recurring subscription orders and orders that are not a first purchase, Recoop will accept returns of unopened packages when requested within 7 days of delivery. You must notify support at hi@getrecoop.com before shipping back both unopened bottles of Recoop to the mailing address on the shipping box. You will be charged a $10 restocking fee for returning any order that is not a first-time purchase.

 

RECOOP MEMBERSHIP

When you sign up for the Your Super Membership, we offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on your first subscription purchase. Simply contact the support team and we will help you out.

For subsequent orders we cannot accept returns. However, the Membership is super flexible! You can update your subscription by going to your account - under "Manage Subscriptions" you can add/swap products, edit the next shipment date or skip the upcoming order.
