Just joining us? A Recoop purchase or an introduction to our content is the beginning of a long, healthy, and productive relationship.
We’re here to support our community – from product questions to help tracking orders. If you need us for any reason, please get in touch. In the meantime, here are some of the questions we are often asked, with helpful answers & quick solutions.
When your order ships, you'll receive an email sent with a tracking number. It will tell you where your package is and when you can look forward to its delivery.
Simply send us the correct information and we will change it before it ships out! If it has already shipped out, there is, unfortunately, nothing we can do. We are not responsible for orders sent to the wrong address due to customer error. We can, however, update it for next time!
Running out of Recoop before your next delivery? No problem! We can change your delivery schedule so that you receive your order when you need it, whether that’s sooner or later than originally scheduled. Log into your account on our webpage and click edit next to the order you want delivered sooner to change the shipment date.
The first two times this happens we will be in touch to adjust the address. If you do not respond by the second order delivery failure, we will have to cancel your subscription.
Our distributors are so fast that an order enters their system within minutes of it being placed. That means that once an order confirmation has been sent to you, there is no way to cancel. Subscription orders receive a notice a few days before the refill date. If you don’t want a renewal, make sure to log into your account and cancel your order.
If the order has been placed, but you no longer want it, please write “return to sender” on the package and stick it back in your mailbox. Email us your order number and let us know when you’ve sent it back at firstname.lastname@example.org. Then, we can process your refund!
We’re sad to see you go, but understand that life happens and our customer’s situations can change. If you’d like to cancel your subscription, simply log into your account and click edit next to the order you want to cancel, you should then see the cancel option on the bottom of the right hand side. If you already have an order going out, you’ll be able to return it to the sender and receive a refund after confirmation with the Recoop team by emailing email@example.com
Yes, we accept returns for unopened orders! If you have a recurring subscription or this was not your first purchase, you can return unopened packages within 7 days of delivery.
To complete your return, you must log into your account and go to order history. From there, you will click on the order you want to return and scroll down to the button that says “Request Return and Refund”. If you return past 7 days of delivery, you will be charged a $10 restocking fee.

Recoop’s Balance formula (taken each morning in conjunction with the stimulant) is designed to help people stay focused throughout the day, without the jitters. When taken with stimulants, Recoop has been shown to support healthy impulse control, maintain balance in your mental mood, and support your productivity.
Recoop’s Recovery formula (taken each night, after stimulant use) supports restfulness when falling asleep and balance to wake up more refreshed. The formula has three main functions: to support healthy recovery from stimulants after they are in your system, to support ease in achieving deep sleep, and to promote healthy recovery in your body overnight. Recovery supplements should be taken 30 minutes before bedtime.
You do not need to take both formulas to enjoy the benefits of Recoop, but a routine that includes both is more effective, as the two are designed to be taken together.
Our ingredients are sourced from reputable suppliers and manufactured in a GMP compliant facility in the USA.
You can, but we don’t recommend it! The ingredients inside our capsules have a bitter taste, which is why we have it encapsulated!
Yes and No! We use vegetarian capsules and our wellness set ingredients are vegan.
The Immunity Formula is not currently vegan but this is something we’re working on!
For Recoop Day Formula, take two capsules once a day before you take stimulants.
For Recoop Night Formula, take two capsules 30 minutes before bedtime.
So in short, take two of each formula every day you take stimulants or as directed by your Healthcare Professional.
For Immunity, take two capsules every morning to boost your body's natural immunity and ability to fight off illness.
Yes, it’s totally normal for the color of the pills to not stay consistent. Since we don't use dyes and only use natural ingredients in clear veggie capsules, there tends to be a range of brightness because the natural ingredients can vary in saturation. Occasionally you will see a little bit of discoloration between batches, but they are safe to take.
From A(shwaghanda) to Z(inc), our ingredients are all-natural and obsessively-researched. Read about the nutrients ingredients that keep you in the flow. We’ve linked the scientific studies to each ingredient card so you can dive deep into all the powerful benefits.
Some common stimulant side-effects include: insomnia, upset stomach, difficulty with impulse control, anxiety, cognitive dysfunction (memory, verbal fluency, brain fog), hormone imbalances resulting in sexual side effects, depression, long term brain damage, and anger/irritability.
Recoop is designed to support healthy brain and body function while taking stimulants with an all-natural, science-backed blend of powerful ingredients. See the full ingredient list on our science page and learn about their beneficial properties.
ADHD, ADD, narcolepsy and some types of depression are some reasons a doctor would prescribe stimulants. There are some off-label uses, but those are rare and on a case-by-case basis under the supervision of a medical professional. Stimulants increase dopamine and norepinephrine in the synapses of the brain. Since people have different brain chemistries, the reactions to the medication can differ. One example is those who take stimulants for ADHD tend to find themselves calmer, while non-ADHD individuals who are prescribed the same medication typically have the opposite reaction.
When stimulant side effects are reported, most doctors will simply keep switching patients to different medications in the same family to see if the new prescription will reduce or mitigate negative side-effects.
For example, if a patient is complaining about negative side-effects on Adderall, a doctor may prescribe Concerta instead which has a built-in time release, making it more difficult to abuse by slowing the breakdown in the stomach.
Additionally, some doctors will prescribe benzodiazepines (i.e. Valium, Xanax, Ambien) to help with negative side-effects, but these have addictive properties. We created Recoop to be a healthier, natural alternative for combatting stimulant side effects.
ADHD diagnoses have grown 50% in the past 15 years. People under 18 are 26.5% of the 4.8m prescriptions for Adderall in the US.
Women are under-diagnosed as having ADHD by 50 to 70% compared to men. In fact, ADHD was originally seen as only a boys' or men's disorder. Early research on ADHD studied only male patients.
Skepticism and confusion still exist today as ADHD does not look the same in boys as it does in girls. Women with the disorder tend to be less hyperactive and impulsive; girls with ADHD can appear more disorganized, scattered, forgetful, and introverted. Men and boys with the disease tend to be more hyperactive.
Recoop was created by women who want to end the stigma and confusion surrounding ADHD for everyone, including women and girls.
